Kim Kardashian's sextape nightmare has ended reports In Touch. The 26-year-old owner of LA boutique Dash has settled her lawsuit against Vivid Entertainment, which had released a sex tape of her cavorting with her ex-boyfriend, R&B star Ray J in February.
Adult film distributor Vivid Entertainment has lost a court battle with Kim, the daughter of O.J Simpson's lawyer Robert Kardashian, and is reportedly being ordered to pay her $5 million. However, a Vivid source is claiming that the settlement deal is "close to $3 million" and "no decision has been made as to whether or not distribution will stop."
